Missoni Resort 2010

The Missoni resort 2010 collection was shown today, its very typical Missoni with her signature zigzag motif .
I love the the relaxed vibe these pieces give with very wearable shorts, bandeau tops, soft pants and slouchy jackets, and the gladiator shoes are fabulous, looks like they will be in style for another season.

Giorgio Armani Resort 2010

Yesterday Giorgio Armani showed his Resort 2010 collection,
I do really like some of the pieces, but all in all I find it abit boring and safe there is nothing that really jumps out at me.
Their some gorgeous colours and materials though and the bags are lovely.

Runway Trends:Shining Sequins Fall 09

Coming back this Fall is the sparkles of sequins, seen in many of the Fall 09 shows, I must say I am a girl who loves sparkly stuff so im all for this trend. It does always make me think the garments have been bedazzled yet in a very couture way LOL.

Vlada Roslyakova is one of my favourite models so i was very pleased to see her grace the cover of Numero Tokyo July/August 2009, looking absolutly stunning and I just love the editorial shot by David Vasiljevic she looks so adorable and Im loving her vlada necklace.

This is one of my favourite editorials of all time so I just had to post it. From the December 2008 issue of UK Vogue, with the stunning models Lily Donaldson and Jordan Dunn shot by Nick Knight, this editorial is full of so much life of fashion, the angles and poses really exaggerate the beauty of the clothes.
Its juts so fierce and strong I love love love it.

Pollini ispired dress at ASOS

Looks like ASOS has been inspired by the Pollini spring/summer 09 collection, with this colour block shirt dress.

Gucci Resort 2010

The Gucci Resort 2010 collection was shown yesterday with Sleek black, navy, and white body-conscious silhouettes. I must say I really like the simplicity of the collection it really works, I guess sometimes less is more, and I absolutely love the shoes

DKNY Resort 2010

The DKNY resort 2010 collection was shown yesterday, I must say i really like it with the cute cocktail dresses and deep pinks, my favourite piece is the black jumpsuit, although the shoes seem to be the same as the ones from the Spring/summer 2008 collection, that could be the recession hitting in.
Unfortunately again these are the only images of the collection that are available, but hopefully soon we can see the whole collection.
I'm guessing some of these clothes will make it to stardoll as they usually have a resort collection, but you never know they seem to be so lazy lately they probably won't even bother lol but one can hope.

The best of glam

Precious stones, glass and crystals adorned many an embellished item on the Spring/Summer 2009 runaways.

Not limited to evening gowns, this elegant version of bling also found its way onto jackets, day-dresses and accessories.
